If the resistance value of the copper winding wire is too large or too small, the total resistance value of the wound winding wire will change. The variation range of the total resistance exceeds the allowable tolerance in the design, which will affect the balance of the three-phase voltage of the motor and the temperature rise of the motor.

Under the action of a strong electric field, the confined electrons in the polymer can obtain energy from the electric field and become free electrons, which move in the direction of the electric field. When free electrons collide with other constrained electrons in motion, they are excited to become free electrons, thus increasing the number of free electrons and improving the conductivity of polymers. Factors affecting breakdown voltage: film thickness and out-of-roundness, curing degree, external impurities in the paint. Factors affecting breakdown voltage test data: twist number, voltage application time, boosting speed, paint film elongation, and temperature under pressure.
