However, its mechanical strength is poor, and it can only be used in micro and special motors and small motors. In addition, in order to avoid the trouble of removing the paint film in advance during welding, a direct-welding enameled wire has been developed, the coating film of which can automatically fall off in a high-temperature tin lining tank, thus making the copper wire easy to weld.
Due to the increasingly wide application of enameled wires for aluminum magnet wire and the increasingly strict requirements, composite enameled wires have also been developed. The inner and outer paint films are made of different polymer materials, such as polyesterimide/polyamide-imide enameled wire. Therefore, aluminum magnet wire is increasingly applied to various related industries, and the industrial status of aluminum magnet wire is irreplaceable.
