After we send you our inquiry, how soon can we receive a response?

On weekdays, we will reply to you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry.

Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

Both. We are a enameled wire factory with our own international trade department. We produce and sell our own products.

What are you producing?

We produce 0.15 mm-7.50 mm enamelled round wire, over 6 square meters of enamelled flat wire, and over 6 square meters of paper wrapped flat wire.

Can you make customized products?

Yes, we can customize production according to customer requirements.

What is the production capacity of your company?

We have 32 production lines with a monthly output of about 700 tons.

How many employees are there in your company, including how many technical personnel?

The company currently has more than 120 employees, including more than 40 professional and technical personnel and more than 10 engineers.

How does your company ensure product quality?

We have a total of 5 inspection procedures, and each process will be followed by a corresponding inspection. For the final product, we will conduct 100% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.

What is the payment method?

"When making a quotation, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF, or any other method.". During mass production, we usually make a 30% advance payment and then pay the balance at sight of the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, and of course L/C is also acceptable.

Which port does the goods pass to the customer?

Shanghai, we are only two hours' drive from Shanghai.

Where are your goods mainly exported?

Our products are mainly exported to more than 30 countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Türkiye, South Korea, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, etc.

What should I do if there are any quality problems when the goods received?

Please don't worry. We have great confidence in the enameled wire we produce. If anything, please take a photo and send it to us. After verification, our company will provide you with a direct refund for the defective products in the next batch.
