Suzhou Wujiang Xinyu Electrical Material Co., Ltd. (XINYU) has recently completed the expansion of its manufacturing facilities and introduced new production equipment, further strengthening its production capabilities for winding wire and electrical conductor products.
A key achievement of this expansion is the addition of a new CTC (Continuously Transposed Conductor) production line. Following installation and commissioning, the new line has now officially entered production.
CTC Transposed Conductor is widely used in power transformer winding applications, providing an important solution for high-performance transformer systems. With the addition of CTC to its product portfolio, XINYU can now offer a broader range of conductor solutions to meet the needs of transformer and other electrical equipment manufacturers.
The factory expansion also provides additional production space and supports the introduction of new manufacturing equipment, helping XINYU improve production efficiency, process control, and overall manufacturing capacity.
The new CTC product line complements XINYU’s existing range of enameled copper wire, enameled aluminum wire, rectangular/flat wire, and paper-covered wire.
This latest development marks another step in XINYU’s continued growth and investment in manufacturing.
