This product consists of a high-purity aluminum rectangular conductor uniformly wrapped with 2–3 layers of polyester (PET) film. It offers excellent dielectric strength, good heat resistance (Class B, 130°C), and reliable performance in oil or chemical environments. The aluminum core makes the wire approximately 60% lighter than copper, significantly reducing equipment weight while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key advantages: Tight film wrap ensures mechanical durability for automated winding; high insulation resistance prevents short circuits; and rectangular shape maximizes slot fill factor in motors, transformers, and reactors.

Applications: Power transformers, reactors, industrial motors, servo motors, new energy converters (PV, wind, EV), generators, and other electromagnetic devices.
